Dale graduated from Macquarie University’s Post Graduate Doctor of Physiotherapy program and has a Bachelor of Health Science (Anatomy and Physiology).
Prior to becoming a physiotherapist Dale has been working in strength and conditioning and personal training for 6 years and continues to see clients for sports performance, muscle gain and fat loss.
His areas of interest are sports injuries and the biomechanics of movement and performance, particularly using exercise as a form of rehabilitation and injury prevention.
He has worked in a physiotherapy environment for a junior netball organisation and has a keen interest in the hip, knee and ankle injuries presented in netball.
Dale has a wide range of expertise in sports having played basketball, competed in Surf lifesaving at a national level, Underwater hockey, swimming and running.
When Dale isn’t working you will find him in the gym, watching movies, at the beach enjoying outdoor activities like snorkelling or surfing.
Dale consults Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
