Head2Toe is a proud member of HICAPS, meaning you can claim your private health insurance rebate instantly at the time of your appointment. Simply swipe your card and pay the gap — no chasing receipts or waiting for reimbursements.

As a Member’s First Provider for Bupa, Medibank, NIB, and HCF, you’ll enjoy bigger rebates and smaller out-of-pocket costs when you see us.

Gap payments can be made by cash, EFTPOS, or credit card.

Frequently Asked Questions

Transparent, fair, and updated fees effective from October 2025.

How much will I get back from my Health Fund?

Head2Toe is a Preferred Provider for several major funds, meaning you’ll receive larger rebates. Your actual gap depends on your level of cover — simply contact your fund, quote our fees, and they’ll confirm your out-of-pocket cost.

Does Medicare cover Physio or Podiatry?

Head2Toe is a private practice, so standard treatment is not funded by Medicare. However, patients eligible under the EPC/CDM program (for chronic conditions) can access a rebate for a limited number of sessions each year with a GP referral.

How do WorkCover or TAC claims work?

If you’re injured at work or in a motor vehicle accident, you may qualify for funded treatment. You’ll need to complete the relevant claim forms (via your employer or TAC). Once approved, we bill the insurer directly. TAC clients are responsible for the first $620 excess unless hospitalised after the accident.

Can I run an account and pay later?

Unfortunately, no. Payment is required on the day of treatment or upon delivery of custom devices (e.g. orthotics, footwear).
