Membership Terms

This membership is governed by the following terms:

Direct Debit:
All membership fees will be processed via direct debit fortnightly on the same date. Prices may increase annually, and you will be informed via email.

First Fortnight:
First fortnight’s direct debit is adjusted based on how many days remain that fortnight inclusive of the date that the membership starts on. For example, if your membership has 7 days left in the fortnight, 50% of the membership fee is billable for the first fortnight.

Itemised Invoices:
Itemised invoices for health insurance will be sent out 24–48 hours after you are direct debited for your insurance claiming for the sessions you have completed.

1-Month Contract:
All Clinical Pilates memberships require a minimum commitment of one month. Memberships cannot be paused during this initial period.

Payment Schedule:
Payments will be debited fortnightly from your nominated bank account. Please ensure sufficient funds are available to avoid dishonour fees.

Membership Pause:
You can request a pause to your membership for up to 4 weeks per year. Minimum 1 week pause at a time. Requests must be provided via email to info@head2toe.com.au.

Membership Cancellations:
All membership cancellation requests must be submitted via email to info@head2toe.com.au.

Notice Period

A minimum of 14 days’ written notice is required for cancellation to take effect.

Minimum Term Commitment

Membership cancellations requested within the initial 1-month minimum contract term will incur an early termination fee equivalent to four weeks of your regular membership payments.

Direct Debit Upon Cancellation

Upon receipt of written notice of cancellation, your membership will cease 14 days from the date the notice is received.

As memberships are billed on a fortnightly payment cycle, if the 14-day notice period falls part-way through a billing cycle, the next direct debit will be adjusted to charge only for the days remaining within the notice period.

Once the 14-day notice period has concluded, all future direct debits will cease.

Payments already processed prior to the cancellation notice are non-refundable.

Membership Pausing vs. Cancellation

If you anticipate returning to classes, you may use your membership pause option (up to 4 weeks per calendar year) to avoid cancellation fees.

Please note, pauses are not available during your first month of membership.

Attendance and Rebates

Private health insurance rebates apply only to sessions attended within your membership package to ensure compliance with health fund regulation.

For example, if your package includes 4 classes per fortnight and you only attend 1 session, only one-quarter of your package fee can be invoiced with a health insurance item code to claim as a rebate. This aligns with private health insurance regulations.

No refunds will be provided for unused or unattended classes.

Missed and Cancelled Classes

Missed or cancelled classes (with appropriate notice) will not deduct from your fortnightly class allocation.

If you are sick and unable to attend classes for a full week or more, a medical certificate is required to ensure you are not charged for that period.

If no medical certificate is provided, you are still welcome to reschedule and make up missed classes within your current fortnight.

Fair Use Policy

To ensure fair access to Clinical Pilates classes for all members, a fair use policy applies.

Your membership will be reviewed if you have more than 5 late cancellations or missed appointments within a calendar month.

Class Rescheduling

In the event that Head2Toe Physiotherapy and Podiatry needs to reschedule a class, you will be notified as soon as possible. A credit will be applied to your account for the rescheduled class.

Refer a Friend

Refer a friend to Head2Toe Clinical Pilates, and you will both receive a $64 credit towards your next membership payment.
