Our home visit service has grown up and moved out.
For years we have fitted home visits around clinic hours whenever a patient could not make the trip to Moonee Ponds, Brunswick or Kew East. There were always more requests than we could take. So we have given the service its own team, its own name and its own website.
Head2Toe Home brings our physiotherapists and podiatrists to people who cannot easily get to a clinic. That includes older adults who want to stay independent at home, NDIS participants, people with a home care package, and anyone recovering from surgery who cannot travel yet.
What is on offer at home:
- Home physiotherapy for strength, balance, mobility and pain.
- Home podiatry for nail and foot care, diabetic foot checks and footwear advice.
- A falls prevention program at home.
- Rehab at home after surgery.

The clinicians are the same Head2Toe team you know, and your clinic records travel with you. The service covers suburbs across Melbourne’s north and inner east.
