For a lot of long-term conditions, exercise is not the thing you do once the condition is managed. It is one of the treatments. Prescribed properly, it changes blood pressure, blood sugar, fitness and fatigue in ways that show up in your results.

Conditions we commonly work with

  • Type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance
  • High blood pressure and high cholesterol
  • Heart disease, and recovery after a cardiac event
  • Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and other lung conditions
  • Obesity and metabolic syndrome
  • Cancer treatment and recovery
  • Osteoporosis and low bone density

Why a prescription matters

Intensity is the part most people get wrong, in both directions. Too easy and nothing changes. Too hard and you stop going. Jordan sets the dose against your condition, your medications and your current fitness, then adjusts it as you improve.

Medicare and referrals

Your GP can refer you under a Chronic Disease Management plan. A gap payment applies on top of the Medicare rebate. If you would rather not involve your GP, you can book privately with no referral at all.

Book the 45 minute initial assessment online, or call the clinic on 03 9326 0168 and reception will work out the right appointment and funding pathway with you. See pricing and funding for fees, NDIS, Medicare and DVA details.
