All exercise physiology fees are listed below. Everyone starts with the 45 minute initial assessment, then settles into whichever consultation length suits the program.

AppointmentLengthFee
Initial assessment45 minutes$155
Standard consultation45 minutes$135
Standard consultation30 minutes$115

NDIS

We see self-managed and plan-managed participants. You will need a referral so your support coordinator or plan manager can include us in your plan. Reports and program notes for your plan are part of the service.

Medicare

Your GP can refer you under a Chronic Disease Management plan. Medicare pays a rebate and you pay the gap. Bring the referral to your first appointment so we can process the claim through the clinic.

Department of Veterans Affairs

Gold and White Card holders are welcome. Your GP completes a D904 referral, which covers a treatment cycle of up to 12 sessions or 12 months, whichever comes first. We bill DVA directly, so there is nothing to pay at the appointment. White Card holders are covered for conditions DVA has accepted as service related.

Private clients

No referral needed. Book straight in. If your private health extras cover exercise physiology you can claim on the spot through HICAPS, and your rebate depends on your level of cover.

Home visits and Telehealth

Home visits and Telehealth are charged at the same fees as clinic appointments. Home visits run within 5km of the Brunswick clinic, which covers Brunswick, Brunswick East and West, Coburg, Carlton, Fitzroy, Parkville, Princes Hill and Northcote. Call us on 03 9326 0168 if you are not sure whether your address is inside that radius.

Head2Toe also runs a separate home visit service for allied health more broadly. See Head2Toe Home.

Book the 45 minute initial assessment online, or call the clinic on 03 9326 0168 and reception will work out the right appointment and funding pathway with you. See pricing and funding for fees, NDIS, Medicare and DVA details.
