Jordan is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a genuine interest in inclusive practice, and a lot of his work is with people whose conditions mean a standard program will not fit. The approach is the same as anywhere else in the clinic. Work out capacity honestly, set goals that matter to the person, and progress at a pace their body supports.

Conditions we work with

  • Spinal cord injury. Function-focused strength and conditioning for mobility, transfers and independence.
  • Cerebral palsy. Programs that build strength, coordination and confidence across childhood and adulthood.
  • Vision impairment. Adapted cueing and spatial awareness strategies so exercise is safe and repeatable.
  • Down syndrome. Patient, encouraging programming built around capacity and family goals.
  • Acquired brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson disease
  • Developmental and sensory conditions more broadly

Working with your team

Most people in this group already have a team. Jordan works alongside families, carers, support coordinators and other allied health professionals rather than around them, and will write reports and program notes that your plan or team actually needs.

NDIS

Self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants are welcome. You will need a referral so your coordinator can include us in your plan. See pricing and funding for how that works.

Where sessions happen

The Brunswick clinic, your home, or Telehealth. For people where travel is the barrier rather than the exercise, home visits usually make the difference between a program that happens and one that does not.

Book the 45 minute initial assessment online, or call the clinic on 03 9326 0168 and reception will work out the right appointment and funding pathway with you. See pricing and funding for fees, NDIS, Medicare and DVA details.
