Jordan Pankiw
Jordan is the Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Head2Toe, consulting from our Brunswick clinic. He holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, and is accredited with Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) as an AEP.
Most of his work sits with people whose situation makes a standard exercise program a poor fit. That includes clients living with disability or neurological conditions, people managing long-term disease, those working through cancer treatment and recovery, and people whose pain has outlasted the injury that started it. He also works with athletes getting back to sport.
Jordan came into the profession from a sporting background and it shows in how he runs a session. Programs are short, specific and built around something the person actually wants to do again. He is also straightforward about what exercise will and will not fix, which clients tend to appreciate.
