Nadeena Thenabadu

Qualifications:ย APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist (MACP), Credentialled Mulligan Practitioner (CMP), MSc Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, MPhysioPrac, BExSc (Clin Prac), MHAM

Working Days:ย Tuesday, Wednesday. Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Nadeena holds the APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist credential, a protected title awarded to physiotherapists who complete postgraduate training well beyond entry-level qualification. He works primarily with complex cases โ€” the presentations that haven’t settled with previous treatment โ€” and has trained under several of the leading musculoskeletal physiotherapists in the field.

His practice is built on diagnostic accuracy. Getting the diagnosis right is what separates temporary relief from lasting change, so Nadeena invests heavily in assessment before treatment, then applies a precise combination of exercise prescription, manual therapy and dry needling, grounded throughout in clinical trial research.

Nadeena has a particular interest in disorders of the spine, headaches and dizziness, and problems of the shoulder, hip, knee and foot. Alongside his clinical work he has served as a strength and conditioning coach with the Western Jets in the NAB League, and he is an ESSA-accredited exercise scientist with postgraduate qualifications in dry needling.
